How Can a Small Lump On The Testicle Be Treated?

I have a small pea sized lump in my lower ball sack area, it appears to just be floating around and is not attached to my testicles. Not painful at all, and I only have noticed this after having a cold over the last week or so. What could this possibly be linked to?

Is that solid nodule like small structure with no mouth of discharge .it might be a sebaceous cyst .if it is not causing any problems then let it be there . Treatment includes electrocautrisation or chemical peeling by dermatologist.
